A standout feature of GP Surgery is the ability to request and manage referrals and sick notes directly through the app. After submitting a referral request, it is reviewed by a clinician who will either proceed with the referral or contact you to discuss further steps. Similarly, sick notes can be requested easily, whether they are new or repeat notes. The app also provides a seamless process for medication requests, enabling you to order repeat prescriptions or request new medication through the econsultation function.

Access to Personal Health Records

GP Surgery allows you to view your complete GP medical record, offering access to medical history, previous test results, and other pertinent health information. User Requirements and Availability

The app is accessible for anyone aged 13 and over, provided they are registered with one of the associated GP surgeries in England. Once registered, users living anywhere in England can set one of these surgeries as their primary provider and access the vast array of online services offered by the app, excluding home visits for those located more than two miles from the physical surgery locations.
